We had a surprise birthday here that was a huge success! Guests loved the food and the entire staff at Amplitude were super helpful and friendly!!! We loved how everything turned out and will do this again!!! It was a great time and atmosphere with family and friends ! Thank you Amy, Ray , Ashley and Indie !!!!
Went for my daughter's birthday we had a room stayed three hours. The manager was great. The staff was great. Their service was awesome. Service was fast. We had a blast. I partied more in that room then I did in a club. It was amazing.

Came here with a group of my coworkers (about 15 people) as a team building night and we all had so much fun. We got our own room with two screen with 3 mics and a tablet and guide to help us select our music. The music range they have is a wide selection of something for everyone from all eras. Great food (Asian style cuisine) and drinks lovely establishment and staff
Had such a great time here. I love that each party can have their own room. They had a good drink selection but could do better with songs. Probably should get better fans too because boy did it get hot! Overall the staff was awesome and they were there in moments after hitting the button. For $2/hour you can’t beat that!
I had a blast! I visited March 19 while I was in town for the weekend. I highly recommend especially for people like me who have never sang in front of other people but want to-it is way less intimidating in the private rooms. Very attentive, friendly and courteous staff. Rooms and bar area were very clean. It was so much fun!

Great place to go and have fun ! Went with a group of six and we used a groupon good for two hours where we got our own private room. The private rooms are great because you only have to sing in front of those you came with if you are too shy to sing in front of strangers. You also get to choose your own songs which is also great. The food was also good. We ordered a variety of things and all of it was good. Our servers were great. They apologized for not checking on us as much as they liked but we all still thought they provided great service.
The only negatives I can think of were the tablet we used to select our songs could be updated. The server told us that if you type in too many words to search for a song or artist it won't work. It was hard to navigate through artists and genres. Hopefully they make an easier way to do that. Also, ours started to die towards the end of our session. I am not sure if this is something they do on purpose to get you out of the room on time or what but a charger would have been nice. Overall, this was a fun experience and I would definitely go back.
First time visiting! I did my research but wasn't sure what to expect. There was an open space with the bar. There were at least four private rooms too. I had a Ball plus a mini concert!! I got in 13 songs which included 2 duets. I even got to do a song I'd Never found at karaoke!! The bartender was Awesome! I forget her name but she hooked the drinks up. And she did some songs too. Would definitely come back if I visit Virginia Beach again.
I love this place. Even if you don't book a room, you're still able to have an amazing time in the main area! The food so good! Also the employees are just as amazing! They're welcoming and always accommodate the customer's needs! It's also a great place to meet new friends and sing your heart out with no judgements! I highly recommend Amplitude Karaoke for a night out, birthday parties, celebrations, or just to have a drink! Or even if you just want to hang out and just chill. They're so welcoming and their service is top notch! Check out Amplitude for your next party!
Plenty of rooms and great staff. Their food is unbelievably good! You wouldn't expect such exquisite cuisine from a karaoke bar, but they knock it out of the park! And their bartender is very knowledgeable. We always have a great time here! High quality and it shows.
We reserved a private room for a friend's 40th and it was fantastic. We were able to bring in decorations and a cake ($3 fee for the cake). The food was good and the drink prices were fair. The best part, besides my singing, was the waitress, Brittany, she was very attentive and a great sport as we had a couple drink mishaps. Highly recommend.
I went there with some co-workers and we had a great time. Its $5 an hour per person if you want a private room (which is much more enjoyable) but the drinks are pretty expensive. The bartender was friendly, and they have a diversity of drinks for all tastes, but it comes back to the sheer prices of drinks for me. I wanted a casual night of drinking and it cost me $100+. Now it takes more than a few drinks for me to get drunk, so I had 10-12 drinks to run me this cost, if you only need a few drinks though (or you don't drink at all), its a good place for you. It's a good time in the off season (winter month's) since it's not too busy, just don't expect cheap drinks there, regardless of when you go.
My daughter celebrated her sweet 16th birthday here and it was amazing! She and her friends had a fun time! I purchased my own mic (smm207) from target for under $10. While they sang, I tended to the bar🍸! Drinks were good, food was fresh, clean environment, and very professional staff! I will be returning soon with my adult crew for ladies night!
