I love BBQ and had heard about Jon's food truck with Texas style brisket and ribs. I had the chance to try his Brisket, Ribs, Mac n Cheese and slaw this past Sunday at Smartmouth Brewery. I was speechless at how great the flavor and tenderness was on the brisket. I'm a BBQ guy myself and I wanted to try the brisket without any sauce because that's how you can tell the authenticity of the style of cook as well as the flavor profile he seasoned it with. His ribs were so tender and the sauce (which he told me was finally perfected!) had a great sweet taste with a pepper profile from the spices. Mac and Cheese and slaw were spot on as well. If you get a chance to try Jon's food, you definitely will not be disappointed! Take my recommendation, try the brisket without the sauce!

Amazingly good food! Had the turkey platter with mac n’ cheese and cole slaw and it was outstanding, didn’t let one bite go to waste!

Our group ordered a brisket and turkey sandwich and split each. Can't say what I loved best, they were both magnificent. They were so friendly with great food..... perfection!!
