I called to order two supreme slices, when Kim informed me they didn’t have any left but she’d be more than happy to make it a small for the same price, I thought fantastic!
I went in to pick up my order and pay and Kim informed me that due to all the toppings on the supreme she upgraded me to a medium because it looks and fits way better! KIM WAS SO NICE AND ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We really need more people like her in this world! She’s putting customers first and the quality of this pizza is outstanding! I will definitely be recommending Don RUBIOS! I also plan to return!

I just had the lasagna delivered, it tastes pretty good jus wish the garlic bread that came with it was bigger. Lol I had a Caesar salad it was small too but good. The lady that took my order was very nice.

This review is long overdue! I have lived nearby for one year and order approx 2x per month from here! Always estimated 45 to 55 mins...always here in 40 mins, sometimes less! The order is always correct, hot, and fresh..
Food was excellent! Glad to have something other than fast food open late and nearby. Mistake was made in order but they made it right immediately. Ordered a Bianca pizza which was fresh and delicious. Chicken alfredo was filling and delicious. Was surprised by bruschetta being a flatbread but it was really good! Salad was weak but it’s a side and no big.
Ordered some food while in town for work and was incredibly pleased with the experience. The employee that took my order was nice, spoke clearly, was happy to answer my questions about the menu. Food came within the quoted time and was excellent. Don Special and Steak Calzone hit the spot. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that I didn’t know the price until the delivery arrived, definitely worth the $33 though.
Ordered online thru Slice and that went well. Customer service was fantastic. The guys were helpful and friendly. My cheese pizza was a bit bland, but my coworkers LOVED their Garlic, Mushroom, Pepperoni and extra cheese pizza. Definitely give them at least 10 more minutes on top of what they quote you.
Not sure if there's been changes since some of these reviews, but i have to disagree. I guarantee you I have no association with this place, nor would I bother with the time if it was even just ok. I read some of these reviews after ordering and was ready for failure. 100% the opposite arrived. Ordered pizza and wings -- both cooked perfectly --- arrived hot and delicious. Trust me I'd say if not. I live close to 10 miles away -- it still got here within an hour during busy noon time traffic. If they have consistency issues i don't know -- 1st time, but its worth a chance id say in the least. Good stuff.
I can't say a bad thing about El Patron. Ordered pickup. One pizza. Done before I arrived 20 minutes later. Quality ingredients. The seasoned crust was excellent.
Understand, they are a family shop not a chain pizzeria. Consider this when thinking they can service the Brandon area in 30 minutes or less. Will return.
Ordered on a Tuesday night, and took 45 minutes to be delivered. The deals on the back of the menu that was on the hotel floor were pretty good. Calzone was very garlicky and greasy, but not bad. Wings were good and hot. They were unfortunately out of all 2 liters except brisk tea and Sierra mist, but they let me get 3 bottles of water.
