I never had a problem ordering from this location, order is done exactly how it was placed, always arrived in a timely matter always or even before the scheduled time with arrival notification. I have personally messed up the order on my behalf and "Howard" set me straight and hooked me up. Kudos to Howard, the delivery man and the rest of the team.

This location is a godsend for those of us that live downtown Seattle. I love Patrick and his team of pizza experts!!!!! the pies coming out of the ovens are awesome!!!!! the staff is professional, and the store is clean. Steven was great. He was the only one on shift who could make the Pizzas and there was two huge orders yet he was handling it like a pro. Great job Steven give him and his crew a raise!
I came here to get a sandwich and got some great customer service from the young man at the counter. I thought he had worked there for a couple of years but he told me during the conversation that he had only been there a couple of months and takes the ferry from Bremerton everyday. Everyone at this location was super polite and courteous and i will make sure to come back in the future.
