This Pollo Loco is fast to make out going meals no drive thru but the workers are a team working hard to serve your meal and keep the place clean. food is great made fresh

Just an all around Great fast paced Mexican food, very clean well priced that employees friendly People who enjoy giving great service. I often referrer friends and family to this establishment because of their great service.

Honestly the most delicious chicken I've ever had. Others are really good but really only on the surface. Somehow pollo loco makes sure their flavor isn't just skin deep. Service is mostly great but I did have to drive all the way back from home because they forgot one of my sides. That was annoying but I have more positive experiences here than not.

The absolute best Pollo Loco on the Planet! Older Mexican Women doing cooking and preparing. They load you up as if you were their Grandchild! The Woman that took my order was crazy Hot so that didn't hurt either....
