Today I came to Boulevard of the Allies spot of Panera as usual for my lunch then there was slightly misunderstanding after I placed order. They put the wrong bread instead tomato basil bread. But employees, environment, even customers are so genuinely engaging with each others. And one of the employee brought me this package while eating my sandwich. He prepared the same order with tomato basil bread. And he apologized and gave it to me. I felt embarrassed for a moment on the other hand I glad to pick this spot for having my lunch. They created family atmosphere behind of the counter and with the every each customer. I love that! I wanna say thank you one more time! Thanks for making my day happy!
Same high quality found in the majority of Panera Bread Stores. Usually it’s not crowded and they have plenty of space in you case you’re avoiding sitting close to other groups of people. Staff is generous and kind. A heads up. Because of the pandemic, they’re not using the back door, only the front door.
I just had surgery at the hospital across the street, so I treated myself to a few pastries and a bagel! Always good 👍 Great place to load up on Carbs!! Yum!!.
My sausage, egg and cheese brioche sandwich was rather tasty as was the coffee I had. Not sure why it took 10 minutes to make though. The place wasn’t that busy on a Sunday morning at 10. I’ve actually been here more to make Craigslist sales than to eat. The location is well-lit and central to the greater Pittsburgh area and makes for a pleasant place to do business.
Overall a pretty delicious haul from Panera. I worked at a Panera in the past and I am so thankful I made a visit to this one! Everyone was super nice, very welcoming, and even though it’s late, they still were cheerful. 10/10 service. I’ll totally come by when I have the money again! 😊😊😊
One of the busiest Panera I've been to. The line at lunch can be long and the waiting a bit longer. It isn't very big sometimes I've not found a table to sit to. There is parking but it might fill in the busiest times.
The service is always fast though. Overall there are better locations.
Good fresh food, everyone was pleasant! I like going somewhere that I know my kids love & will definitely eat the food! If you sign up for their rewards program you’ll get a free cookie! Unlimited drinks and lively flavors of fresh tea!
Steak and Cheese sandwich with a small macaroni and cheese. Substituted the original sauce on the sandwich for a garlic butter spread as suggested by the manager (tall, slim lady with short black haircut) on duty 12/21 around 7pm est. That was an awesome switch. Loved it! Nice clean restaurant. I finished most of my food before I thought to post!

It's always clean they're always working and they all greet. I don't eat the food due to allergies.
