Recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. The server was friendly, but needs to up his game regarding menu items. When asked questions about menu items, either did not know or was unsure. Highly recommend the wild boar rigatoni. Delicious, pork was tender and the sauce and pasta had a great taste. My wife raved about the chicken dinner (a bit salty) and my buddy ordered the burger and enjoyed it with the fries. Worth a try!

What's for dinner? (January 17, 2020) Funnel + mushroom soup (butter poached lobster/truffle/chives), miso glazed Black cod (hot + sour mushroom broth, diakon, & undo noodles) & date cake (Walnut crumble, Carmel & vanilla ice cream)!!! Yum Yum!! ‍🍽🍸😋 The bread was okay. They had a few different options. Nothing to waste my bread intake on. Also, I like warm bread the best!!🥖 My drink was good but I forgot what it's called.‍🤷🏽‍♀️ Meal specs: The soup was exceptional!! It was interestingly good!! They gave you a decent amount of lobster!! Some places will skimp on that!! The cod was very good as well. It was a good portion of fish & cooked perfectly!!! The soup & noodles played off of each other nicely!! The cake wasn’t my forte!! It was more like a Mifflin! Bartender specs: Diego was our bartender!! He made our experience that much better!!👏🏼 There was a black lady works there who was also very helpful & attentive!! He usually doesn’t work Fridays. He was helping due to restaurant week. Which is the menu that I ordered from! Anyway.... Bon appétit!!! Pictures📸

Tasty and well-presented dishes; thoughtful and delicious cocktail menu. Service however was comparably inattentive, disorganized, and not overwhelmingly friendly. We all have our off-nights; would revisit.

I probably could've listened to my waiter talk about the food for hours upon end. He was so knowledgable and provided my dinner guest and I with a great experience. Their menu changes often but I was incredibly pleased with my order of salmon and frites.

I enjoyed coming here, even though the power went out halfway through our meal. My meal was delicious. Side note- they also played some great music playing in the background. Overall a nice experience

We shared the babaganoush, the tuna tartare, and the grilled octopus, and I got the vegetable ravioli. The dishes were a little hit-or-miss, but generally everything was still good. The tuna tartare was flavored mostly with small dollops of sauce you scooped off the plate, and that was a solid appetizer. The babaganoush was a letdown; it tasted mostly of vegetal mush, neither clearly of eggplant nor of anything else, really. I’ve had better supermarket hummus (which isn’t the same, sure, but still). Thankfully, the grilled octopus turned out great, cooked until soft but not rubbery. The breadbasket they served with the appetizers contained baguette slices, cheddar chive biscuits, and corn muffins. The baguette slices were a little soft in the crust, but the flavor of the biscuits was a home run. The muffins had actual pieces of corn, which was a nice touch, and they were otherwise light and fluffy. The ravioli was a great dish. The greens on top were a little unnecessary, distracting with their awkwardly long, pointy stems more than they contributed texture or flavor. But the sauce was well put-together. I’m usually not a huge fan of pieces of olive or capers, but the capers in this sauce blended in well. The ravioli were very filling, though I prefer pasta to be a touch more al dente.

Good food but fairly expensive. Very calm ambience but not noteworthy.

Great atmosphere. Wonderful service. Our reservation was for 8:30 and we arrived early, anticipating a few drinks at the bar until our table was ready but they were able to accommodate us early! Food was fabulous as always. Will be back again next Pittsburgh trip.

Great gin drinks, super professional service. Everyone at the table was very happy with their meals (lamb, burger and fried cauliflower, tuna roll and fries). Very cool space too, would have enjoyed just coming for drinks and sitting by the fireplace.

The food quality was top notch. The appetizers we ordered were unique, but very flavorful. The best thing we did was order some of the wide selection of wines. Talk to the sommelier... He made some excellent suggestions and did not disappoint. Parking isn't the greatest around this place, it took a few laps around the block to find one.
