The cheese cakes here are amazing. Lemon raspberry cheese cake is a must try. Lasagna and chicken cashew rice were very good. The Thai food was okay and the pasta was too bland for my taste. It's just subjective. The ambience is amazing and one of the best ambience in Philly. This is one place where you can order any dish blindly and cannot go wrong about your choice. Oh, btw , their bread that they give for free at the table are to die for!
The same menu at the every location in the world but one gets to eat something new all the time.
Large and variety of food gives you the choice of visiting this restaurant at any location where it’s available.
Taste and the portions are standard and for me that’s the best thing.

I tried this restaurant while i was in Philly. I ordered their 30 year signature chocolate cheesecake and it was heavenly. It is really creamy, dense and chocolaty. I loved it though couldnt finish it because the slice was really large.
Loved everything about this place.The fancy interiors,the extensive menu of cheesecakes,the service and also the main course food.The cheesecakes were delicious and evelyns pasta was decent in taste.

I've been to the Cheesecake Factory just about a million times and I am never disappointed! I always get the same thing- Mac and cheese balls and S'mores cheesecake! This time, I decided to switch it up. I shared Mac and cheese balls as an app. and they were obviously amazing! (Best ones I have ever had) For dinner I had the chicken club which had grilled chicken, tomato, lettuce, avocado, bacon, Swiss cheese, and herb mayo! It was AMAZING and is def my new favorite meal there! I wanted to be a little healthier so I got it on wheat bread and substituted fries for a salad-- hey, at least I tried! Then for dessert I tried the Oreo cheesecake and was not disappointed, it was creamy and chocolatey and just really good
As usual, their cheesecakes are the star of their menu. Their new Salted Caramel Cheesecake just got my eyes rolling that one slice is more than enough.
Brunch was good here, so it's good to leave from their dessert.
Pleasant experience overall. Fettutcine Alfredo was great, Cali cheesesteak alright, cookie doe cheesecake was BOMB. So many choices of cheesecakes
Today was our first time here and we loved it!! I been wanting shrimp all week and BAM! The shrimp was good was delicious. My son wanted the mini corn dogs with fries and he tore it up! My daughter ordered the cheeseburger rolls and she loved it! For the appetizer I got the spinach dip … it was ok it needed some flavor but otherwise then that we had a wonderful time.
The restaurant was clean and beautiful. The door is on the street , once you enter you take escalator up for dine in. I like that view! It’s beautiful.
The food was not as great as the king of Prussia Cheesecake Factory but it was ok.
No waiting line to dine in it was Sunday around 3:30 pm.
But we waited for our food for 30 min to 40 minutes.
Overall was good!
Awesome food and service. We so enjoyed our meals. Highly recommend. Our server Brandon was so nice and offered great suggestions. The food portions sizes matched the pricing range of $16 to $30. There are 32 varieties of cheesecake to choose from. Brandon helped us out with some of his favorites. You have to save room for the cheesecake.

Great Service Great View almost perfect food I order Stuff mushrooms which came burnt 🔥 to the point you can taste the charcoal off the pan they removed it off bill and apologize but the main Course Louisiana Chicken Pasta was delicious with a unique sauce I recommend...Portions size so big I had no room for cheesecake which I regret it
We went to celebrate my daughter's graduation. The food was okay, but of course, the cheesecake was outstanding! The Southwest salad could have been fresher. The meatloaf was reheated on the grilltop. Everyone enjoyed their drinks.
Very good, huge portions. The food was great although we didn't like the rolls sample. Main courses were very good.
Thank you The Cheesecake Factory Walnut Street branch in Philadelphia for the wonderfully warm welcome, friendly customer service and great, family friendly atmosphere. The Smokehouse burger is so good. Had a to have a side salad too as well as the fries. Since I was staying nearby for an event at the City's Convention Center, being a Brit based fan of The Big Bang Theory, had to check Sheldon's recommendation from Series 1 episode 5 of the comedy. Can see why The Cheesecake Factory has become an international success. When will you open restaurants in the UK?
I had been out being a tourist, although I’m from Philadelphia, I was outside sight seeing being in awe like I’m not from here. lol. I had built quite an appetite and my stomach was touching my back bone. Initially came for dinner but ended up getting a few drinks. I got the strawberry margarita and it was so good. I ordered chicken quesadillas as an appetizer and didn’t order anything else because I was full off of the appetizer. Cheesecake Factory has always been my favorite place to come to and continues to be one of my favorite restaurants to come to. The staff was really nice and personable…
Its beautiful in here, it’s very private and quiet, food is amazing, drinks and of course the cheese cake never disappoints.
