Well this location is great hardly anyone is here and since I go everything gets made fresh I get a crispy chicken bacon and Swiss cheese sandwich with curly fries and a jamoca shake perfect customer service top ten great location check it out. My only complaint is the wait but I guess it's because you can't rush perfection.
The lady in the drive thru was awesome.. beautiful accent, was kind, held a conversation and was still a key to get my order together, it was still hot, and it was all correct.
Went for the $2.00 roast beef sandwich and mozzarella sticks, ordered through the app it was ready as promised, hot and fresh. My only complaint is how wasteful they are with the condiments, I went twice last week to two different locations and got 1 roast beef sandwich and 1 order of mozzarella sticks, they gave me 3 marinara sauces, 3 horsey sauces, 4 Arby's sauces at both locations and 1 gave 4 packs of ketchup on top of all the other stuff. I only needed 1 marinara sauce, just a big waste cause I don't use them and they went in the trash
I live on 44th and shields. I drive to your location over se66th and I-35 because yall have the best fresh food and best customer service. I work at Olive Garden down the street so I know how hard food business can be. I was there tonight and yall actually put a smile on my face.
Food was great. The cashIer on the other hand i and my friend could barely hear. And understand what he was trying to say.
They are always nice and ready to take ur order and patient even if u have issues.
We have been going to this location for a long time now. I had tried a couple of other locations and had issues with both so started going to this one and was so glad that we did! The employees are always friendly and the food is always great! No complaints whatsoever!
Fresh and delicious 😋 service was prompt drive threw went pretty fast they was help full. But could have used more than just one pack of Arby's sauce for hug roast beef sandwich 😆 js yall was great keep up the good work.
