Every time I come to the mall I must go to Sarku Japan for the teriyaki chicken.
It’s amazing, the flavor and texture are perfect, golden brown! I always order with soba noodle, it’s juicy and chewy.
For in the mall food... I'd definitely eat it again. However, the price of $15 for a combo and egg roll with a cup of water... not so great.
The food is delicious and portions are hefty. We can't wait to come back!
Update: The cashier was difficult to understand and got our order wrong. Lots of glares from the workers when I explained it was wrong.
The food is good. Just a suggestion that on the vegetarian menu, please use the sauces to add flavor to the vegetables and the veggies and rice don’t have much taste. I think adding sauces you use for chicken can make the vegetarian menu good
If your looking for a low carb choice at the mall, you can substitute the rice for extra vegetables and your chicken teriyaki extra well done with extra sauce while its being cooked extra. You have to babysit your plate for it to be done right but if done right this place could be first instead of second for my teriyaki chicken choice. I'd go to mo bettas if i don't need to go mall shopping for good teriyaki chicken, still this place has a signature taste to their chicken that you have to try.
Favorite chicken teriyaki at affordable prices in OKC. I live 90 miles away but since there isn’t a Sarku in my town, I make sure to stop in every time I visit OKC. Even at closing time, this restaurant is bustling. Stop in and enjoy ☺️
Truly my favorite restaurant in all of okc. I order delivery about 3 or 4 times a month. Its about a 20 minute drive to my house, and the food still arrives piping hot! So delicious and reheats well. I could rant and rave all day, but you all should try it yourselves! You won't regret it.

The chicken and shrimp was SUPER GOOD. My boyfriend ordered the steak and he did receive less meat than I did but it was still good. For the price it was pretty good. Will be coming back in the future.
