My favorite stand alone Starbucks in the area. They are always so nice and helpful when I’ve had questions. If you’re thinking you’re going to order ahead on the app to beat the lines, you might want to think again. This place is typically busy during the hours you’d expect it to be. They also limit menu items on the app during these times so you have to come in and order. Not mad at it. Just wanted to share songs knowledge.

Caitlyn has excellent guest experience skills. I was trying a new combination for my drink, and she immediately said if I didn’t like the drink, she’ll gladly make my usual drink. Excellent Excellent Excellent service!
My go to spot. Such patient souls who work here. They have the patience of a Buddhist monk while dealing with Tulane people ordering triple macchiato whatevers.
One of the nicest and cleanest Starbucks I’ve been too. The staff is friendly especially Mallory who is very kind and friendly, makes your day. It’s usually filled with nearby students but other than that, only nice people here. The neighbourhood is amazing and beautiful. Worth the visit.

Always nice staff. Good coffee/love Starbucks. Vegan milk options. Friendly atmosphere. Clean store. Good outside sitting option. Nice neighboorhood. Thankful for the staff that works as fast as possible for a little bit more than minimum wage during an epidemic to make sure most of us can have a cup of "before the epidemic" feeling.
Awesome location- Staff is great, especially the guy DJ. He is always professional and nice to all customers. He remembers what folks order (not just mine, but i have seen him interact with others). He and the rest of the staff all around make folks feel welcome and like they want to come back for their next cup of coffee.
I LOVE their morning shift staff. They make you feel so welcome and does not overcharge you! They actually are one of the BEST in New Orleans. I really appreciate them & will continue supporting this location only from here on out!!
This location is convenient and the service is normal. A fairly typical Starbucks. There is no drive through but you can pay with your phone. They get a fair amount of phone orders so often the location will seem like it's dead but it will still take a while for them to make your order.
