THE BEST fried chicken in Bay View, hands down. Staff is friendly, easy to joke with, and an all-around good group. Food is always hot and ready on time. Do the right thing and get a strawberry malt with your order, you won't be sorry for long.
Hands down one of the best local chicken restaurants in Milwaukee! I ordered pick up and the owner of the shop was very welcoming! I have to say that the chicken and the fries were by far better than anything I have ever had in a very long time! I if you order from here you will not be disappointed! Give Gold rush chicken a try!
Hands down some of the most juicy, delicious fried chicken in all of Milwaukee. I have been going to this place for years and have never been disappointed. They have good prices and good deals on the food. I would recommend anyone check it out. Plus they have a wide variety of food options aside from just the most delicious fried chicken.
Too dang delicious! The Chicken, Pizza, Strawberry Milkshakes, Ribs, and the Chicken Sandwich. GRC’s chicken is savory and crisped to perfection. The breasts are exceptionally moist. My cat knows the aroma and sits at our feet waiting for her share of breast. The ribs also are so very tender. The only con - it’s addicting!
HOW have I lived in Bay View for 5 years and only made it here tonight? Only complaint I have is not coming here sooner. Countless recommendations from friends for the place, and shame on me for not acting on it before now.
Amazing food; just grabbed the 4-piece dinner for myself tonight, and was immediately taken back to having fantastic fried chicken in Detroit as a kid. For months/years (as a pretty good cook myself) I’ve had the thought, “Man, I need to make some fried chicken at home.”
Nope. Not anymore. I’m fine with leaving that craft to the experts. These guys are in walking distance of me, and absolutely knocked it out of the park compared to any fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. First time here of (what I look forward to as) many.
Absolutely delicious. Great pizza, great chicken, great fish (and you don’t have to wait till Friday for the fish). Classic Milwaukee restaurant and chicken carry out and delivery.
John, the owner is the best I know him for years, he’s dedicated to his restaurant and takes pride on the food, everything is very clean. The best chicken in Bayview! Me and my family drive from Racine just for the chicken there.
I ordered a Seafood Platter tonight, it was very good the delivery guy was very polite and my food was delivered fast. Excellent job!

Best place for fried chicken! Order takeout and the chicken is cooked to perfection along with their delicious fries cooked nice and crispy, rolls, coleslaw, everything is excellent!
