Delivery Has Improved Greatly. This Jimmy Johns is one of the few restaurants in the area that will deliver to my work, so I order from here about 1-2 times a week for lunch, usually using the online ordering. Earlier this year I got so fed up with being sent partial orders (missing the drinks, missing the chips, missing the cookie, etc.) that I finally called in and complained. I was sent a "We're Sorry" Gift card, a nice gesture, but waited about 6 weeks before ordering again in August.

Since then my order has been consistently correct and complete. The service is always super fast, the food fresh. My only complaint about this location now is that they are ~$1.00 per sandwich more expensive with deliveries (BEFORE the delivery fee and taxes) than the Cordova Location my husband orders from for work. I pay $6.25 for the same sandwich my husband gets for $5.25. Not sure what that's about?

Great friendly service, and I appreciate the improvement!

Well, Food has grown on me. I still prefer firehouse and Lenny's. this is a safe 3rd option. They have great bread, but poor options, horrible parking situation, and they rush you too much when ordering. Very simple and plain sandwiches

I looove me some Jimmy John's!!!!!! I've never had a better tuna sandwich and the fact they'll deliver me just one...unbeatable! Quick delivery too, only time I've had to wait more than 20 mins. was in the pouring rain. @Ross, the owner refuses to deliver to YOU? Sounds like you were a bad boy.

It's the Bread. My son loves the JJ's in Fayetteville, AR near the University. When he switched majors, universities and came home where there is no JJ's, he didn't say much but did start eating at a competing restaurant. We ate here the other day on a trip to Memphis and one of the first things he said was "It's the bread! That's the difference! I love the bread!" I have to agree with him. There's something about their bread...

Great sandwiches, excellent service. This place gives Lenny's some good competition, but this is the only location currently and getting in and out on Poplar can be a pain. They now offer online ordering and they will deliver to the surrounding area.

The sandwiches were superb. Fresh meat and veggies. With every bite you can taste all ingredients. We ordered 5 different sandwiches and with each one it was a delight. Customer service was excellent.

Simple and delicious sandwiches! I have loved Jimmy John's for a long time. If yoi are looking for crazy toppings and sauces, go to Subway. If you want a sandwich, literally Freaky Fast, with the BEST BREAD, go to Jimmy John's. Always satisfies the sandwich craving.

The employees are fun and friendly, the service is good, decent music. The atmosphere is relaxed. Best sandwiches by far for the money. It puts other sub shops on the generic fast food list. Waited for years for the first one to open, was worth the wait. Have taken many people here as they have a limited delivery area. The only drawback for me is (I don't eat ham) when I order a sandwich like the Gargantuan (that comes with ham) and I ask for no ham or the ham on the side, they won't give me the ham or discount the price. They used to do that but changed their policy. (My dog misses out on his treat) however If I ask the manager for a meat substitution, I do get it.

This location makes the best unwich sandwiches!!! I tried another location, ordered my regular, and it was good. However, it was not nearly as delicious as the ones I've eaten from this location!!! I will only order from here!!!

Where to begin...well first of all, I have never eaten at Jimmy John's. Trust me, not one single time. So according to this contribution, I ate there thirteen hours ago. Thirteen hours ago, I was at Michael's daydreaming about beads and the clearance aisle, which by the way, has been remodeled and ladies, you did a five-star job. If I win the lottery, I am probably going to spend it all at Michael's. I really love that store, and sorry for being the last customer of the day. You ladies are always so helpful and patient. Now I just need to know where to buy the winning lottery ticket?! I am sorry Jimmy John's but I cannot review a place I have never been nor food I have never eaten. I have heard that your sandwiches are awesome though. Unfortunately, for the past two years, I have been on medical leave, and eating out is something I rarely do these days. It's a shame that Google did not get the full algorithm to be able to read the core 'unique identifying key (UIK) ' that they got from Facebook because then Google Maps tell the difference between the real person and the person they are impersonating. See Google isn't really sucking up all your data when they drive down your street and through your neighborhood. No that would be unmanageable, especially on a global scale. Google just wants your Facebook UIK. See that way they can follow you everywhere you go, no matter the apps, games, social media platform, browser and institutions you login to. Do not worry though, they just want to provide you with suggestions that are tailored-made for you specifically. It's like having your own personal conceirge service. Unless your significant other thinks you are doing something with someone you shouldn't be doing that with and then, welcome to hell. It is really just someone else impersonating you online which is not illegal, and everyone wonders why Google and Facebook are so successful. Tag, you're it.
