We love IKEA in Memphis (drove 100 miles to go to it) and our granddaughter thinks they have the best mac & cheese ever in their little restaurant. The kids place is pretty amazing too. BUT IKEA please get some decent diet cola. That stuff in your machine is horrible!

It's been several years since I last shopped here, some things never change, I have always felt that lkea's furniture was just a little too low to the ground. I'm over 6' tall and I have to roll out on my knees to stand up. However,Very nice design and contemporary space saving concept 😁by the way... The meatballs and potatoes were delicious.

It's the perfect shopping place for a house. We purchase house furniture and home decor from Ikea. So we always find what we are looking for. And they're fun for kids too. There is a play area for the kids so the parents can shop adequately. All over Ikea is a fun place for shopping and getting an idea for a room decoration.
This IKEA location is always the greatest. You’ll get lost in here for hours!
This is typically my regular IKEA that I visit if needed to go, for good reason!
The employees always assist you extremely well if needed, they’ll walk you across the entire store if needed to find an item!
Plenty of options for decoration and items in this location as well. Always changing like IKEA usually does!

I always love to see ikea. It's always fun, and I see something new every time I go. They also have good food, child care, and so many ideas on the showroom floor.

It kind of seems like the negative reviews all point to disliking the idea of what Ikea is. If you want a smaller store where there is a smaller and more manageable selection, and everything is already assembled, then that's absolutely fine... and this store is not for you. This location is massive and all on the same floor, you pick out what you want, and grab the boxes for it at the enormous warehouse at the end. You then pay for it, pull your car up, and load it. Take it home, then assemble it. Lots of DYI.
However, there is help every step of the way. The employees were friendly in the showrooms, they were helpful in the warehouse, and they were available to help load things up in the car. They can also deliver to you and even assemble it (for a hefty fee, of course).
What I appreciate most is that I completely lack the ability to look at a piece of furniture (or shirt, or really anything) and see how it would all mix and match together. So it was incredibly helpful to see entire rooms all put together, to be able to walk in those spaces and picture it. I really appreciated it!
Also, and it's not a huge thing I guess, but it was really nice to see baby-changing areas and diaper kit dispensers in the men's restrooms. Way to go, Ikea 👍
The only negative I can think of is that the parking lot had quite a bit more trash around it than I expected. Also, we were looking at having an item shipped, but was told by the employee at the shipping inquiry area on aisle 18 in the warehouse that IKEA didn't ship to our location and we'd have to make another two-hour trip with a different vehicle; the next morning, we searched on the website and it was definitely available to be shipped to us.
Review of the restaurant only. A clean well lighted space. Food prices have increased but still affordable. Now three types of meatball to choose from. Hej is for horses!
Can I please rate this place with more than 5 stars? IKEA has always been my favorite. No matter if you love home decor or not, you probably would love it. I love to see their models of modern minimalist household to get idea. Also if you think, this is for rich people, you are absolutely wrong. You would find very top quality home products in affordable range. The doormats are even cheaper than Walmart, yes! Try their meatballs, tea bags, and many other things. You won’t regret.
First time to IKEA, and never realized how much is in this store! I love the set up and available products. Great prices for sure. if you have never been, you should make plans to go!
Ikea is a nice place to visit for ideas on how to enhance your living conditions. I wanted to buy everything ❤️. Also don't miss the deals in the clearance section.and one more thing customer care is so bad .. not helpful 🤷🏾♀️
While in Memphis visit IKEA. It's fun to look around at their staged areas of room designs. Considering how large it is, it was well stocked and very clean. That tells me that they stay on top of things!!
