As a tourist here in Vegas for 2 week and having decided to end my visit with ice cream… Nick totally made my experience one I’ll never forget!! He was so friendly, educational, and even showed his ultimate support for service members! Thank you for all you do Nick!

At Baskin Robbins, I have a particular fondness for their delectable ice creams. While my go-to is vanilla, I also have an affinity for pistachio and strawberry flavors. I was in town and this was close to were I was. Thier staff was pretty friendly.
This is the second time we've used this store for our birthday cake needs.
Both times we have been pleased by our experience. The cakes were well-done and beautiful. Tasty and everything we could have wanted. The staff has been courteous and helpful and their decorating talents brought me a lot of joy.

Tall white guy manager is super nice with super great employees! After taking cash they wash hands, all yell welcome when someone enters. Follow SNHD rules and have great customer service
Immediately greeted by everyone when I walked in. The lobby area, counters, and ice cream cases were spotless and super clean. The young man who served me was super friendly, outgoing, and had a great sense of humor. I wish I had gotten his name, the service and hospitality were outstanding.
The store front looks grungy due to the area, but the interior is as clean as humanly possible with all the foot traffic the place gets.
The ice cream is fantastically cold, creamy and no sign of ice crystals. Which means its as fresh as possible.
I had Mississippi Mud, 3 scoops in a cup and added hot fudge. Fantastic.
The gentleman that served us was awesomely nice, seemed to have a Great report with his other customers with children and he was very polite and helpful.
All in all there was not one thing I cpuld find wrong when I visited their location on Charleston and lamb. Kudos to you all.
My family and I were just in here. They were super busy but we were helped in a timely manner. While we ate I observed Nick help other customers. He was friendly and polite. He showed excellent customer service and appeared to enjoy being there. Keep up the great work Nick, with customer service like that you're sure to go places.
