Carrie and I are huge Thai food fans, and we've lamented the loss of J's Noodles from years ago. We've been searching for consistently good Thai food and I can safely say the search is over. Our go-to dishes to judge a Thai restaurant are green curry and Drunken Noodles. Both are top notch. The flavors are absolutely spot on, the noodles are soft, the meat is cooked right, and the veggies are fresh. Heed the warnings about spice- it's usually a lot hotter than what you're used to, but you won't be disappointed with the flavor!
Best Thai food in Colorado - prove me wrong! Great service very authentic Thai. The food was incredibly flavorful. Loved everything about this place. Will definitely be back! If you're in the area and love Thai food definitely check this place out.
A perfectly quaint venue with great service and good recommendations. The extras they bring to the table were spicy, yet very flavorful. Portions were fairly large, although we did eat it all. Service was quick. They also have take-out and I believe door dash or grub hub delivery! Enjoy!
Authentic Thai food. Colorful walls. Obviously well loved by regulars from what we witnessed just last night.
We had the Panang Curry with beef. This type of curry only comes with three things. Your choice of meat, broccoli and bell pepper. Suffice to say it's a perfect addition to the beef that I chose. The curry was perfect in consistency. Not watery. Came to me a bit beyond my requested mild to lame in spice. But it's not beyond what I can handle. Flavorful and great to just pour over the accompanied rice.
Company had the Pad Thai. This was one of the best! Although I've seen bigger portions nevertheless it's a must if you're dropping by.
A five star for their food. But the wait for the super busy lone staff was almost unbearable! Rapid sentences repeated multiple times ensues! But it's more comical than annoying cos she's so sweet! Hence the 4 stars!
Got an order of drunken noodles with tofu, with a Thai tea. A order of pad Thai with chicken and a pineapple Bobba. Delicious spicy judt a heads up but nothing to extreme if your used to hot foods.
This place is fantastic. Several factors make it head and shoulders above the other Thai restaurants I have tried in Colorado. Unlike much of the Thai food in town, this restaurant is not too sweet. It achieves a prefect balance. The food is excellent - fresh and flavorful.
The owner is also highly sensitive to the needs of vegetarians. Many Thai restaurants in town are unable to make the curry vegetarian because they are using packets that already include shrimp paste and/or fish sauce. Because the chef's curries are made from scratch, she ensures they are actually vegetarian. It's also what makes it so delicious! She is also willing to customize awesome dishes like green papaya salad to be vegetarian - so yummy! My husband, who is a sworn carnivore, also loves this place. (This is also a business owned by an amazing, wonderful woman - great business to support!)
