Exceptional staff and service that goes beyond what you'd expect from burrito place. Staff is like a big happy family that makes the best bowls and tacos of any Bubbakoos I've been too, and they're super friendly and rad. The food is fresh and delicious -- and the whole restaurant is pristine at all times. If you live in Jackson or you're just in the area do yourself a favor and stop in. You'll never set foot in a dingy Chipotle again. ;)
Excellent service, management is good, food is good, workers make amazing burritos. I go here often but I recently had a good experience even receiving delivery from them. Management was helpful.
When you order online it doesn't give you all the options they have , also they don't follow directions when you order online. It's better when you tell them in person that way they don't mess up your order.
we went here for the first time as a last minute decision and we were greeted by every single employee behind the counter as we walked in and came around. we ordered burritos and there were so many meat options as well as sauces from mild to spicy. the food was also very good! i would definitely go back, thank you :)
Always get myself a big fat chiwawa. The food is always delicious, the environment is very coastal and relaxed, and im always greeted as soon as i walk in the door. Like literally the door is 15 feet away from the register and theyre calling it out to us. Just gotta say, favorite place to eat
Always good food and friendly service. Staff always has a smile on their face and truly seems to enjoy working there. Love the custom options for burritos and my kids love the buffalo tenders. Go-to quick lunch for us!
Ordered catering for a fairly large group!!! Got the Rager! Food was excellent, everyone loved the food and we had more than enough food!!! The staff is so pleasant to deal with too! Joe the manager was pleasant and super helpful in providing information and possible choices. The two guys who delivered the food were quick and organized. Crowd loved the food, will def do this again!!!!
