We always enjoy the SpeakEZ. The food is delicious, drinks are awesome, and staff is friendly. They even made a "smoke and mirrors" cocktail for me, even though it is seasonal. The Jerk Cuban and The Crispy Mister are to die for, and the sunflower risotto cakes are outstanding. A great place for dinner with your significant other, a group of friends, or just to swing in for a happy hour cocktail.
Absolutely love this place! Definitely my favorite brunch/breakfast spot in Grand Rapids! The food AND drinks were AMAZING!! This is coming from a girl that lived in Chicago. Chicago is a brunch City!! The staff and people were very friendly as well! �
The Crunchwrap and the Turkey sandwich are pictured. Pretty good food- I wish the crunch-wrap was filled with more chicken and less bean dip. Drinks are excellent. Kat was an awesome waitress!
All I can say is this Speakeasy has a full kitchen with chefs and a full bar. The food was excellent, great atmosphere and good service. In addition to several well crafted signature beverages. Their made from scratch tomato soup is the best I've ever eaten.
Impeccable and honest service with thoughtfully made mocktails and cocktails. The food was well crafted and and artfully presented. I highly recommend.
We were in town for a shed builder expo and this place was on the walk between our hotel and the convention center. Food was mediocre at best but it was not expensive. Drink menu was kind of limited as well. The service however, was great! We had some great conversation with the bartenders and who I think might have been the owner sitting at the bar working on his laptop. It was a really cool atmosphere so we would give the food another chance just because it has so much else going for it.
The only thing better than the food and drinks was the service! Super friendly staff and extremely accommodating. The only reason I didn't give this establishment 5 starts in the atmosphere category is because it is definitely lacking airflow (or maybe the AC didn't work as well as it should) we had a couple people in our party company about the heat. But this issue was easily solved with a couple more cold and DELICIOUS cocktails!

Surprisingly great breakfast spot, the fresh bread and omelettes are to die for. Fantastic bloody Marys and cocktails as well! Chill spot to watch premier league soccer games and enjoy a drink. Shoutout to Lauren who was an awesome server as well :)

Their live music is sporadic, but always good. Local Spins every other Wednesday evening features upcoming West Michigan entertainment. Great place.
The brunch here is so good. It was hard to choose what to order but I went with the monte Cristo with a blackberry sauce. I also ordered one of their signature cocktails and it was amazing. I recommend coming here! We arrived shortly after they opened and we were able to be seated right away.
A gem in grand rapids! The food was good. I had the pork belly sliders, definitely worth it! Also the bartender Jeff is an amazing person! Ask him to make you drink. I had the smoked old fashioned and hands down, one of the best I have had!
