Diverse menu with many different cultural options. We enjoyed the hibachi steak with white rice and chicken hibachi with fried rice both served with a delicious side of vegetables and additional side sauce options. Quick and courteous sevice.

Hibachi food fast. Price is great for all the food you get. My salmon was a big ole' slab! Love the peach drink and fried rice.
I know this is a strong statement, but this is by far my favorite restaurant in all of Gainesville. The hibachi is authentic and delicious. Granted I got the same thing every time, chicken hibachi with fried rice and broccoli, it never disappointed. This is the epitome of don’t judge a book by its cover. This place is 10/10 and the owner jp is the kindest and most courteous human being. If you’re thinking about going, go now. Don’t hesitate.
Husband is on the phone right now telling our son that this is the best hibachi chicken he's ever had. We will definitely order again when we're back in town.

The food is generally good. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Hope it stays that way.
Sumo Hibachi and wings is pretty delicious. I've only had the House Hibachi, but I've had a few times now with little complaint. The steak, although shaved thin, isn't dried out or stringy. The chicken is cooked well. The shrimp doesn't have a fishy, old smell or taste. The rice is cooked very well and is delivered in large portions. I usually get egg rolls with my order and they always taste fresh.
My only complaint, and its more of a nit-pick, is that they always give way more cabbage than other veggies with their hibachi meals. I'll eat it just fine, just would prefer more broccoli, carrots or onions.
Next time I go here I'll try the wings.
