Wow, this was great,flavor was fresh perfectly cooked 10.75 we were able to have all the toppings any crust. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
Nice little pizza joint where you “build your own” pizza.
Choose a crust, sauce, cheese and toppings combo or get a menu “pre built” pie.
Lots of affirmative statement wall hangings and a dive / hangout feel.
Pizza was good but not amazing (I ordered a meat lovers), hit and fresh.
Couple of beers on tap and in bottles but I only had soda (work kinda frowns on liquid lunches) this time.

Fresh, made to order +1 star; good red sauce +1 star; clean and bright +1 star; interesting decor +1 star; friendly kid behind the counter +1 star; understaffed -1 star.
I’d go back. Prices were good, pizza was good and I’d probably build one next time.
My stepdaughter is allergic to eggs, gluten and dairy products and Pieology is the only place she can eat pizza. So we went there today. I’m on a low cholesterol diet. The other people in our family group love a good pizza.
All of us loved our pizzas which is unusual considering how picky we all are.
We had the deep dish pizza, artisanal thin crust, whole wheat crust and cauliflower crust. We had the marinara sauce and white sauce, and they also offer pesto. We had the Italian sausage, pepperoni, olives, fresh leaf basil, and some of us had mozzarella cheese. My husband put cilantro on his meat lovers pizza and loved it.
I was hesitant to go because I really wanted dinner, not just pizza. This was our first time going here. But I was far from disappointed. The pizza was excellent! And all of the employees were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!
Soooo good!! Decent price for what you get. I went with a deep dish pizza and I probably added too many toppings as it was sliding a bit but NO REGRETS!!! I wish this shop was where I lived.
First time experiencing Pieology. The food was fantastic! We really enjoyed the variety of ingredients and the customization of your pizza! The only reason this review is not a five star is because the dining room, drink station and bathrooms were in much need of attention. The staff was very friendly and super swamped. Even during spurts of business I would recommend there’s still a constant sweep/routine check through these customer areas. Thanks for the great pizza!
I went here a little after 6 pm on 9/4/21 and what a great crew you have working there. As soon as I walked up to the counter they were all making conversation with me like I was an old friend, even though it was my first time in Franklin, TN. Great attention to detail when going down the line making my pizza, and came around asking if I needed dipping sauces or anything while I ate my pie. Made for an incredible dining experience, don't get me wrong the food was great but the service was stellar. It honestly felt like none of them were working, and that they genuinely wanted to be there for fun rather than a paycheck. Just 4 or 5 of them doing their thing and making the guests feel as comfortable as possible. Extremely hard to find this kind of service these days, quite impressed.
