I was very pleased with my experience during my visit to Jack In The Box yesterday evening. It was very clean, the food was very fresh, as well as, very yummy. The staff was very professional, no fooling around in the kitchen, just working like a well oiled machine. Our hostess, Allison, was very knowledgeable about the products, when I had asked. She was very sweet and polite, as well. So as far as a fast food visit can go....all went quite amazingly there.
From the moment I stepped into the store I was impressed. The facility was spotless, we were immediately enthusiastically greeted by the staff, our orders were promptly taken, the food came out fresh and hot (delivered to our table, I might add), and the tacos, best tacos in the world, were exactly as I remembered them from 15 years ago (I'm retired military and I live in DC now, so no JitB. Very sad about this.) Jack in the Box is by far the absolute best fast food chain out there. Keep doin what you do, Jack. #imafan <3

I am very impressed with their spicy chicken sandwich. It reminds me of Wendy's spicy chicken way back when they actually cared about quality food. It's nice and spicy wi5h a great bite but not just hot,there is flavor and heat and it's really very good. I've had it twice now, and like it very much.yit was fresh not dried out and the garden was fresh as well and that's what makes it so good. I am already looking forward to another one. It's great sandwich.

Joy, one of their executives, went above and beyond to customize our orders to cater to our kids’ breakfast needs. Her patience and assistance were truly appreciated. This location is highly recommended for their exceptional customer service!
Clean, fast, friendly service. I always get breakfast. The Ultimate croissant. Egg , ham , bacon , cheese, just the right amount of food to fill me up not leave me feeling heavy. I get the combo with hash browns and a strawberry red bull drink. YUM! The only reason I leave a star out is because there could be a little more bacon. Im already paying a lot for the sandwich, I should be getting at least two full slices.
Shout-out to the 3 man crew tonight for hustling with a short staff. Yes we waited over 30 mins in the drive through line, but we are NOT impatient people and having to have worked for the fast food and service industry we completely understand if they are 1. Short staffed & 2. Being bombarded by mobile orders all at once. They were super apologetic and we definitely felt for them. Be kind people. Kindness goes a long way. They were nice enough to compensate dessert for our wait, which wasn't necessary but super appreciated!
Ordered some food through the app. The app only gives the option to pick up an order at the drive-through. This results in a long line and long wait times. No one was available to let someone know that I was picking up a mobile order. When I got to the pickup window, the person working at the drive-through didn't give me a chance to explain I was picking up a mobile order and tried to charge me for something I had previously purchased.
Just got some yummy jr jumbo jack cheeseburgers and the young lady at the window was very sweet! She said yes ma’am a lot and was very professional and awesome! I should of got her name. Good job to your team!
Fast and fresh. We ordered 2 Mushroom Swiss Burger combos and they were delicious.
Food was great and fresh like always I have never had a bad experience at any of these locations and the employees were friendly I would definitely recommend this location
