Just eating dinner and ordered the lasagna, AMAZING! Mind you I ate a good bit so the photo does no justice but the portion size for price was more than I expected. Flavor was good and my order was ready very promptly, great work to all the staff.
Food is great. Workers are amazing. Owners are wonderful. It was so super busy tho. Restaurant was full which it is often at breakfast but they were so fast bringing out the food it caught me off guard! I can't say enough good things about this place! Not my first time here, definitely not my last. Thank you!!
The owner is almost always on sight. He’s on top of things, ensures everyone is enjoying their meal, and sincerely cares about running a good family oriented restaurant. Wait staff are always kind. The food is of good quality but expect it to have that generic “family restaurant” taste. But please do not confuse generic with bad or not delicious. I meant that it’s about the same taste as other family restaurants. Except for Alaskan waffles 😅 I love the Alaskan waffles 😋😇
I really wanted to not review chippewa family restaurant, because this is by far my favorite place to eat. I was gonna keep it to myself but decided everybody should eat there at least once! The waitstaff is excellent and the owner always comes and checks in with each diner. Great comfort food and and even better breakfast options.
Always great food with great prices. Very nice typical all around comfort food, good portions too. Can't go bad coming here by any means.
This is a great family diner with a nice selection of food. The service offered has a family owned business feel. I also like that they will serve any breakfast meal at any time during the day. Love the food and the people that work there.
It's exactly what you expect from a family restaurant: simple, American -style food, done well.
The hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was good, the only thing I would change is that is eggs were a bit over done. That was more than made up for by the crispy and delicious hash browns.
The real highlight was the potato pancakes. They are huge, as big as a dinner plate, and crispy and delicious. Served with a side of apple sauce, they are amazing. I would go back just for the potato pancakes.
