I treated my boyfriend for his birthday. He is half Panamanian and I must say, it reminded him of being back home. We enjoyed the food he hasn't had since he was a teen and the food was amazing! Great service as well!

Every year, when I visit New York, from Michigan. My cousins and I ALWAYS visit Kelso Restaurant for lunch or dinner and I always purchase a dozen of Carimanolas to bring back to Michigan. The best part about being Panamanian is the culture and food! Great Food! Great Prices! Great Environment!

Incredible experience at this very quaint spot. We were visiting from Toronto and walking past and decided to give it a try. We are glad we did. The service was amazing, including the chief coming over to check on our meal. As good as the service was, the food was that much better! The oxtail is to die for. It is fall off the bone tender and the flavors just explode in your mouth. If you are in the area do yourself a favour and step in, you will not be disappointed.
