Based on the reviews we gave China Ben a try. Food is very good, setup for take out but we dined in. Hot and Spicy chicken was not breaded which is nice. Spring roll crispy and also very good.

Great Place to eat. I live in Vestavia and love this place! The Lo Mein is amazing as well as the cheif specials, and you always get tons of food.
Really good stuff!. The BEST shrimp lo mein I've ever had. My son loved it. The shrimp were super plump and cooked perfectly.
Pepper steak and sesame chicken were great. Fried rice was excellent! Shrimp rolls and egg rolls are really good, too.
Really great food, I've never had a bad meal here. The staff is super nice and I always feel welcome. This is now my main place for Chinese food!
I have to give a five star because I have not had anything bad from them since they have been there. Yes this is more set up for take out (which I do). I usually get the same whenever I eat at any Chinese restaurant and have not had a problem. The prices are great for what I am getting which I pay around the same price for the same amount of food from the other Chinese restaurants. It is always clean when I go in to order. So I have no complaints.
China Ben offers a huge menu with very good food, and it's all incredibly inexpensive. I've tried 8-10 different dishes here and have never been dissatisfied. My favorite is the Meifun Noodles, and my younger son loves the sesame chicken.
Good food, good service, and can get your food ready in no time. Love the family that works there. Not only that the food is amazing, but also with a reasonable price!! You should go and try it out!!
