My experience here is only with the drive thru. This location is my go-to I-need-a-burger place at 11:00 pm. This is not to say I haven't tried at "regular" times, but at those times they are crazy busy! And since they make things fresh, the wait would be too long. This is testimony to the fact that this place is clearly doing something right. People would not be coming back and committing to that wait.
My burgers have generally been made to specification. There's been the random time or two that my request for no onions has been overlooked (despite being on the ticket). My burgers also come looking pretty squished. This is why my review is 4 stars. I can remove onions, and appearance doesn't effect taste. The food is always hot. The vegetables seem fresh. They don't skimp on pickles and tomatoes like their competitors. It always meets my 11:00 burger craving.
Pure bliss! Huge line but moved quick. Food was hot and correct. Nice people and great customer service. Best $20 bucks I have spent this week cause I would rather have this than 4 gallons of gas smh.
I really liked it. I had the bacon burger without the bacon. The place was great. The guest at the front was very helpful and awesome.
I always come in during early morning (before 7A) and the staff is always friendly and remembers my name. They almost always have my pickup ready on time except when they're busy which is understandable (and rare). They all deserve raises!
Afternoon crew is usually equally as nice but it's busier at that time.
Although not convenient to where we live in Austin, this Whataburger location is my favorite - consistent good service, food is always the best and very importantly (but unfortunately unique in my fast food experience) typically served with a smile and positive attitude. It's as though they actually appreciate my business
Hometown favorite. Consistency with quality a constant. Iconic orange tents releases nostalgic small town experiences sitting slightly out of reach till first step into any Whataburger
Whataburger on Anderson Lane, delivers classic charm with its delicious burgers. Friendly staff, quick service, and a local favorite ambiance make it a must-visit spot for burger enthusiasts!
I went at 11 pm when service was slower bur the food and atmosphere was still good
Whataburger is always good. The sausage breakfast bowl is one of my favorites.
It felt a little chaotic walking in but the staff was kind. One person in particular went out of their way to check on me a couple of times to make sure I didn’t need anything. The staff were not only accommodating but very patient with the chaos from kids, large parties, unruly guests, etc. The food always slaps, my fun little sammich has been my go to for years now and I will never not order it. If you want your tastebuds to sing - order that Honey BBQ Chicken strip sando, no bbq sauce, no cheese, add honey butter. For all the honey butter chicken biscuit lovers who want the same yumminess mid day you’re welcome~
