I love this place! I often go to the one on Lomas, but anytime I can I come here to visit Jennifer. She is one of the best servers in all of ABQ and always makes me feel special. Try the green chile cheese fries! They are the best in ABQ!!!

Busy location the margarita are 5star the food although authentic is just 4star good but maybe too authentic for me! They need more wait staff as waiters are limited kitchen staff is enough as food comes quick just takes while to get order in plenty of parking friendly employees would go again! Just plan on a long meal service!
First I have to mention our waiter Matt who was cheerful and helpful and helped to make our dining experience joyful. The chips and salsa... Had a unique kind of salsa. To me it was more like a spicy BBQ sauce. I didn't care for it but my husband liked it. The rest of the meal was hot and exactly as we expected.
Great place for a fast lunch! If you work in the area this is a great budget friendly Mexican food place to eat. It does get busy so try to get here as soon as they open! The nachos grande is gigantic and can feed 2-3 people! The fajita salad comes with lots of fresh veggies and is packed with flavor! We really enjoyed a casual business lunch. Highly recommended. Lighting is moderately dim, nice quiet atmosphere for private conversations.

We stopped by for an early Mother's Day celebration, and made an afternoon of it.
I had the combination plate, I think it's called Frank's combo, and I really enjoyed the variety that was represented in the combo platter. I chose to have beef taco and upgrade my enchilada to beef. I really like meet in my enchiladas instead of just cheese.
My wife had blue corn chicken enchiladas oh, and they were also fantastic.
The staff was really awesome, and I think our waitress was very professional and thoughtful.

My husband and I moved to Albuquerque in March. We visited the month before and walked to this location to try a taste of this Amazing New Mexican food we had read so much about. It was a two mile walk and we would do it again. We even moved in nearby, which is good because their drinks are great!
We are there at least twice a week, typical date night spot. We’ve come to know the staff well and the manager is an excellent host! This crew knows how to make you feel welcomed! Even when we have to grab our food to go--common workday lunch spot—the A+ service and delicious meals are just as good, and it’s hard to find great food that travels well.
I think we’re gonna like it here in New Mexico. Hope to see you here.

We carry out from here often. I always check our food before leaving, which i did tonight. We had to ask for the garnish for our tostadas, everything else looked good. Got home to serve my daughter her inside out breakfast burrito and couldn't find the tortilla (i thought that it was inside the bowl but no! it was forgotten) also online it doesn't describe it with whole beans, which she wasn't very happy about. Other than that food was good as always.
Usually the nice lady working carry out is always pleasant but tonight it seemed very upset with me for asking for our order to be accurate or maybe she didnt see the tip I left in the jar.
Review from last yr- Great experience dinning out. Food was fresh and so good. Reasonably priced and quick service. We enjoyed it so much we returned the following day to try something else. I highly recommend
The food came very soon after we ordered and the margaritas were delicious.
The manager and staff were SO kind and thoughtful when we had to go back AFTER THEY'D CLOSED for something we left at our table.
The only thing better than their food is their integrity and honesty!
Two of us enjoyed an adobada burrito & spicy shrimp veracruz (in photo), sharing a jumbo house margarita as well. Found the tortilla chips to be really good; the salsa is unusual, and tasted like spicy BBQ sauce, which resulted in a split verdict and hung jury between us.
One of the best new mexican restaurants I have ever had. If you want to taste authentic new mexican food then visit this place. The amount of serving is pretty good! Sopaphia’s are so soft and delicious!
