Una bella serata! Tanti sapori nei piatti ma grande armonia e distinzioni tra loro. Per me vale la deviazione per provarlo. Servizio molto professionale e cordiale. Complimenti!

Sono andato in questo ristorante aspettandomi niente. Pura curiosità ma non avevo nessuna aspettativa e se, allora erano basse. Non mi sarei aspettato gran che ma sono uscito sorpreso e contento di aver mangiato qui. Un esperienza unica e sinceramente ero molto sorpreso che (al tempo) non avessero ancora la stella perchè quello che avevo mangiato era da stella Michelin. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è motlo buono. Abbiamo preso il menú più lungo che consiste in 11 portate molto variegate. Carne selvatica e o allevata, frattaglie e pesce, piatti vegetariani ecc. ad un prezzo ottimo (170 ca.) considerando le materie prime, prodotti di un certo livello e le tecniche di preparazione. I sapori erano semplicemente incredibili. Alcuni piatti avevano un sapore più leggero e altri (come le frattaglie) avevano sapori molto più intensi ma mai che ci fosse qualcosa di troppo. Sempre molto equilibrato e giusto. Gli gnocchi erano sensazionali. Quando ne mangiavi uno ti esplodeva in bocca e usciva un sapore incredibile. Era sicuramente la miglior portata mai mangiata. Quando sono arrivato qui avevo la patente e essendo ancora nel limite di neopatentato non potevo bere. Non mi sarei mai aspettato che ci fosse un abbinamento succhi di mela. Ci rimasi di stucco e nessuno ha mai proposto qualcosa del genere (c'era anche l'abbinamento cocktail). Ottima idea questa e gli abbinamenti erano secondo noi persino superiori a quello dei vini. Semplicemente eccezzionale. La parte più interessante fú quando ci spinse al centro del tavolo quella pianta (crescione) che avevamo tutto il tempo sul tavolo. Quella aiutò poi ad intensificare il sapore del té che ci portò poco dopo. L'attenzione dedicata ai sapori è sorprendente e l'ho adorato. Anche i cioccolatini e gli starter dovevano essere mangiati in una sequenza specifica così da non coprire altri sapori. Una cosa che non ho mai trovato prima è che ad ogni portata ci portavano prima la targhetta di quello che stavamo per mangiare e non solo, anche i loro fornitori erano elencati e questa cosa l'ho apprezzata moltissimo. Sono stato molto sorpreso e soddisfatto di questo posto e ancora di più adesso che ho saputo che hanno ricevuto la stella. Grandissimi complimenti. Tappa obbligatoria

Ci hanno accolti a pranzo come in famiglia, ed anche celiaci ci hanno servito piatti squisiti, eccezionali condimenti e cortesia , complimenti.

Superlativo, abbinamento di sapori eccellenti, ambiente super bellissimo. Una cucina e uno staff di sala eccezionale con uno chef pazzesco.

Servizio perfetto, molto curato il piccolo locale e la cucina sorprendente. Il giovane chef è attentissimo al territorio e i tempi della cucina sono stati impeccabili. Prezzi onestissimi per il tipo di servizio e cucina, un ottimo gourmet. Siamo stati benissimo!

Livello altissimo. Ambiente raccolto e raffinato.

Absolutely terrific evening at 1908 -- the chef has a vision and style that is both unique and totally accessible and enjoyable at the same time. Wines were local and excellent; service was perfect. Highly recommend.

This has to be one if the best meals I had. Totally forgot to take photos of the starter (which was some kind of cold fish soup inside a kohlrabi. Yes, I ate fish, and yes - it was good), and the amuse bouche (strawberry granita with hops ice cream). We each had a 3 course meal and had them paired with wine or cocktails. Each and every ingredient in each of the courses complemented each other perfectly. The deserts were prepared to perfection, the cutlery were beautiful, and the service impeccable. Prices are expensive, but considering you pay for an experience (and tbh - this is not something we do every day, month or even year) it was more than worth the cost to me.

Tolles Restaurant. Außergewöhnliche regionale Küche, fantasievoll präsentiert, toller unaufgeregter aber sehr professioneller Service und ein richtig cooler Chefkoch. Stephan Zippl kommt mindestens zweimal persönlich an jeden Tisch. Zurückhaltend, sympathisch und super authentisch erzählt er tolle Geschichten mit seinen Menüs. Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und erneut sehr begeistert. Preis Leistung unschlagbar inkl. der leckeren Weine! Beim dritten Besuch versuch ich vielleicht doch noch die Kutteln. 🤪

Super lecker und schön. Es sind nur 25 Sitzplätze aber wer einmal einen tollen Abend mit Gourmetspeisen genießen möchte ist hier richtig !

Ceative young chef with a distintive vision. We had the most intetesting and enjoyable dinner in memory. Outstanding wine list with fantastic suggestions for foid pairings. Throughly enjoyable and knowledgable service. We cannot wair to come back.

Ich war zum Abendessen in diesem Restaurant und hatte bereits im Voraus hohe Erwartungen, da es nicht mein erster Besuch hier war. Sofort beim Betreten des Restaurants wurden wir vom Service sehr freundlich begrüßt. Auch im Laufe des Abends war der Service sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Ein Highlight finde ich auch die alkoholfreie Apfelsaft bzw. Cocktail Begleitung zum Essen. Die Gerichte selbst waren wie immer ein Highlight was Kombination von Aromen, Konsistenzen und die Anrichteweise betrifft. Nur die Grüße aus der Küche, zu Beginn des Menüs entsprachen meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich der Qualität, der anderen Gänge dir uns serviert wurden.

We had such an incredible meal here. The dishes were creative and beautifully composed - with complex flavors and textures. The veal was out of this world and the meal was full of positive surprises with multiples layers. The wine pairing was also amazing (with local wines only).

Hier wird bald der erste Stern fällig! Kreative Küche mit sehr freundlichem Service.

Nous avons eu un très bon repas gastronomique. La présentation splendide. Les vins du alto adige accompagnants les plats étaint excellent. Le service très proffessionnel. Seul bémol le chef de service était un peu froid et ne laissait pas liberté à l'autre serveuse...

Mega alles super !!
