Ottimo l'antipasto e vasta scelta di carne. Ambiente ben curato in una cittadina stupenda. Aperitivo d'ingresso offerto con tre tipi di pane e un mini carpaccio e dolcetto a concludere. Bella l'idea di avere la cucina a vista

Location eccellente e servizio e portate curate nei minimi dettagli. Ieri sera eravamo in quattro e siamo stati coccolati tutta la serata da quando siamo arrivati fino alla fine. Un grazie particolare al Direttore che ha assecondato ogni nostra esigenza deliziandoci fino alla fine con un dolce dello chef . Bellissima serata e location raffinata e moderna . Tutto perfetto, felici di aver scelto 49 Ganci !!! Consigliatissima per ogni evento!!

Bella location con una cucina a vista.. personale cordiale e disponibile, i piatti perfetti dagli antipasti si salumi di altissima qualità come ad esempio la mortadella per passare alla tartare di fassona delicatissima e naturale. Le carni, tutti tagli eccellenti e ciliegina sulla torta un dessert speciale "LA SFERA". Molto soddisfatto!!. Complimenti alla proprietà per aver curato tutto.

Eccezionale cibo e servizio impeccabile estremamente professionale,piccoli cadeau che coccolano il cliente tra antipastini di benvenuto, passito e dolce di fine pasto offerti dal ristorante. Attenzioni al particolare ambiente accogliente e ben curato e tra l'altro per il servizio e qualità del cibo offerto non abbiamo nemmeno pagato tanto. Io e il mio compagno torneremo sicuramente.

Paesino molto grazioso da visitare

I went for diner with my friend and all I can say is WOW! As you arrive you are greeted by professional staff, the restaurant is designed with attention to detail and the decor is tasteful, the temperature is comfortable. The sommelier adviced us on a good bottle of Sicilian wine and we adored it. As soon as we seated they brought us a "welcome taster" which included three types of home made breads (some with nuts, olives, fennel), bread sticks,some crudités, some sparkling wine, a taster of carpaccio! We then tasted their delicious and innovative Meat Sushi which was delicious (if you enjoy things like tartare then this is for you). We then decided on a burger and french fries and we're not disappointed, the chips were cooked perfectly, not oily and crispy like I enjoy them. I am a burger fanatic and I'd say this one definitely passed the test. Overall the bill was not as high considering the entire experience and everything we ordered. We left with our tummies full and feeling very content. They even gave us a mini chocolate dessert as a gift which was so cute, creamy and delicious. I will definitely be back to try all the other things on the menu. In the summer I will definitely order they Carpaccio di Vitello which I loved from the taster, light and tasty.

The best in all of Sicily. The Meat is prepared amazingly. The staff adds to the experience, great wine recommendations on the spot. A well deserved 5 stars Fantastic!!!!
