Cena speciale. Abbiamo optato per un menù da 5 portate (a scelta dello chef) richiedendo al sommelier Giordano la possibilità di abbinare un calice ad ogni portata. Un’esperienza veramente notevole. Il servizio é stato impeccabile e la vista sulla cucina ha reso sicuramente il tutto più coinvolgente. I complimenti vanno veramente a tutto lo staff, dalla cucina alla sala.

Posto meraviglioso, cibo che chiamarlo tale sarebbe dispregiativo, infatti, lo chef ha creato veri e propri capolavori, opere d’arte insomma. Lascio fotografie di seguito per non usare parole inutili. Prezzo, medio-alto, ma giusto.

Ristorante in una location mozzafiato curata nei minimi dettagli, la cucina super all’avanguardia che ha presentato piatti davvero ottimi. Peccato per il servizio che non ha raggiunto le mie aspettative per la tipologia di ristorante, serve una marcia in più, soprattutto più attenzione per il cliente e meno chiacchiere tra il personale. Qualità prezzo ottima.

Favoloso palazzo, nel centro storico di Ostuni. Decorazione attenta, con un giardino che comprende una piscina, e alberi di arancio, molto piacevole, allo stesso tempo, che si può mangiare la migliore pasta di tutta Italia.

Siamo una comitiva "di #mortidefame"....location ottima,ma i due ragazzi che ci servono sono da elogiare per accondiscenda !!Non ho idea quanto pagherò,ma saranno i soldi meglio spesi in un mondo da "ricchi"!!!

Good location/great setting ... that promises. Well it certainly did deliver. Michelin star level. Fantastic dishes, great taste in a nicely decorating dining area with open kitchen. Wines were great too. It will cost you double of what you spend in a local restaurant (for a complete meal) but it, for us, was well worth it!

One of the most stunningly beautiful, delicious, and innovative restaurants I've been to anywhere. Very much a once-in-a-lifetime kind of meal, though I hope we can someday return and stay at the hotel, too, which was gorgeous. Hot tip - even if a meal is out of your budget (it's ~100 Euros/person), the bar snacks and drinks are quite reasonable, and equally stunning. Don't miss Leonardo (the ludicrously talented barman) and Visnoo (service captain at the restaurant), who made the experience for our group of 5.

Vier tolle Köche kochen auf dem höchstem Niveau. Das Essen war toll. Die cocktails aus dem Bar originell. Mir hat am besten "dolce vita" geschmeckt. Wir haben Degustationsmenü gegessen. Alles war wirklich lecker. Die Kellner waren toll und haben sich wireum uns gekümmert. Tolles Ambiente.

This is a stunning hotel restaurant in Ostuni. Good wine and cocktail selection although prices are higher than other places in the town. However, the ambiance is stunning - a modern hotel encapsulated in a historic building with a beautiful courtyard in the back that has seating, and a pool.

One of the best places I’ve been recently. You’ll experience absolutely great food, great service and amazing ambience and interiors. Everything was perfect. The food is a dream.

I'd absolutely love to repeat again the Taste Menu experience at dinner time ("Percorso Armonia"), that was a really unique one. Each of my senses were constantly playing a role and my paladar on Heaven, so many delicious and original different meals satisfying all kind of necessity. Thanks to the front office manager Marco for the greatest recommendation, to the weiter for being so lovable taking care of every single detail on the table and of our happiness, and to the big talented chef.

Fantastic dinner. Great vibes in side with a nicely decorating dining area and open kitchen. A la carte menu had a lot of options and our waiter was fantastic. Great descriptions of complex and creative dishes!

Great restaurant in the midst of Ostuni. Restaurant offers different tasting menus. We had tried the 7 courses. Cuisine offers a modern touch on classic food combinations.

Fantastic experience, excellent service and a beautiful lunch menu. Execution and quality was excellent, we sat close to the kitchen and could witness the magic in action.
