Traveling through rural Sicily and this place was just down the road from our hotel. We stopped in and met the owner. Nice young man. He has been running it about 5 years and we came in during the slow time. We asked for the house favorite which was the Fantasia. It comes with red sauce, mozzarella, grana flakes, sliced hard boiled eggs, mushrooms, pancetta and emmental. A 12-13 inch for 5.50 € or about 6 US dollars. We also got an order of Schiacciatina (prosciutto and mozzarella in a kind of calzone) for 3 € and a 1L bottle of water for 1.5€. Great food and nice owner.
