We had one of the most amazing vegetarian meals ever at the Mandarin Oriental Lake Como Italy. It was so unexpected as we just wanted to enjoy the scenery with a few drinks. Meraviglioso! Probably one of the most beautiful palace of the lake. That's right, the drinks or the snacks are a little bit expensive, but the atmosphere and the view are really fabulous. Go and spend of a couple of hours on the terrace, preferably elegantly dressed, and you will not regret it.

Come for the view, do not bother with the food
The views are among the best at Lake Como and therefore it is okay to pay 22$ for burrata, 25$ for a pasta, 38$ for a burger, 14$ for a beer, and have a Chateau Petrus on the menu
