Servizio perfetto, molto curato il piccolo locale e la cucina sorprendente. Il giovane chef è attentissimo al territorio e i tempi della cucina sono stati impeccabili. Prezzi onestissimi per il tipo di servizio e cucina, un ottimo gourmet. Siamo stati benissimo!

Absolutely terrific evening at 1908 -- the chef has a vision and style that is both unique and totally accessible and enjoyable at the same time. Wines were local and excellent; service was perfect. Highly recommend.

This has to be one if the best meals I had.
Totally forgot to take photos of the starter (which was some kind of cold fish soup inside a kohlrabi. Yes, I ate fish, and yes - it was good), and the amuse bouche (strawberry granita with hops ice cream).

We had such an incredible meal here. The dishes were creative and beautifully composed - with complex flavors and textures. The veal was out of this world and the meal was full of positive surprises with multiples layers. The wine pairing was also amazing (with local wines only).
